If your request meets Flockwork's criteria, we approve it and boost it in our co-managed Reddit communities – like r/vegan – and on our Flockwork Discord, reaching 2M+ people to help attract the right volunteers. If adjustments are needed, we guide you through any changes.You apply for a project
Share details about your skills, experience, and why you're interested in the project. You can also include portfolios or useful links to showcase your expertise. Note: To avoid overcommitting, you can be involved in up to three projects at a time, including both active and pending applications.You get matched
We collect applications, review skills, portfolios and experience, and identify the best volunteer for your project!If you need multiple volunteers, we'll keep the request open after connecting you with the first one. Conversely, if a volunteer doesn't work out, we can reopen the request.

Once we’ve determined you're the right fit, we match and connect you with the organization.If you don’t get matched for the project, just keep an eye out for new opportunities and apply again! Some projects get a lot of applications, so don’t be discouraged.

VH does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the actions, behaviors, or outcomes of either the volunteers or the organizations once a match has been made.
Volunteers and organizations engage with each other at their own risk. VH is not liable for any disputes, damages, injuries, or any other issues that may arise during or as a result of the volunteer placement. We strongly encourage all parties to communicate clearly, establish expectations, and understand their respective rights and obligations.
By participating in our platform, you agree to release VH, their employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action - known or unknown - arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. You also attest that you are 18 years of age or older, and are not located in any country, region, or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, including but not limited to: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Crimea, or the Russian-occupied regions of Donetsk and Luhansk (recognized as part of Ukraine).
