Description
We run a platform made up of several tools that have been built and connected over time. We're looking for a volunteer UX designer to help us rethink how users move through the platform as a whole. The project involves speaking with the team and undertanding the long term vision for the platform and then auditing the current platform architecture, we envision this process taking 4-8h. Then to redesign the visual frontdoor, information architecture, visual hierarchy and navigation flow of the platform to make the experience seamless for the user to both access and discover the range of tools available to them. We envision this taking 8-16h. Then to produce low-fi wireframes of the key journeys using Figma or Claude which the team can use as reference for the redesign of the platform. We plan to run a small number of usability tests to validate the new model before we build it fully which you are welcome to be involved in but is by no means required. You will be working closely with the lead developer and product manager through out this process.Skills requested
